I went in this store yesterday. Went to check out and the guy at the front literally did not say one word to me. He rang up my stuff and put it in my cart. Didn’t even say what my total was or anything. He gave me my receipt and said “Thanks.” I called the pharmacy today because I had a delayed prescription refill. I called and explained and this girl said “Ok, I’ll get it to the nurse” and hung up. Like, ok...didn’t mean to mess up your day. I think I’ll have my prescriptions transferred elsewhere. I loved this store. People are usually always nice and it’s close to home but I’ll drive a little further somewhere else to be treated like a human being. Super disappointed.

Every time I go here I’m reminded why I prefer CVS. No workers in the store. Waited forever at the checkout and NOBODY CAME. After a while, I had to hit the call button at the photo center and then three employees came from the back. One worker didn’t even acknowledge me and walked by. Finally a teenage boy checked us out. What should have been a 5 minute trip was about 25 minutes. Walgreens sucks!

I have never been to a Walgreens as terrible as this one. The lady in the drive through today at 4pm was so rude! I don’t think I have ever been treated this badly as a customer. This lady was so rude to me and completely disrespectful. I will use Walmart to fill my precipitation’s from here on out.n(The lady’s name tag said Melissa)nPlease take care of this problem.

I wanted more information regarding why my insurance wouldn’t pay for a prescription. Misha the pharmacy tech told me she could call my insurance for more information but it could take an hour or hour and a half. No attempt was made to see if they could get a call through through sooner. Her demeanor was curt and not helpful. I called the pharmacist and explained the situation that I had, just coming from surgery and had a bad experience with customer service. No attempt was made to keep me as a customer. Although I did receive a coupon for a reduced price, it didn’t run through my benefits. So I’m now a Walmart Neighborhood customer!
