Their lovely banana splits to finish off a quick bite are my favorites
The folks that work the front counter are super nice but there is no direction or leadership. The manager is nowhere to be found. She finally emerged to “slide” a cake to a customer without even acknowledging the customer. It took over 20 minutes for us to get blizzards. Great group of staff here but no direction at all. They all were very aware of the back-up in orders and growing line but the manager never emerged to give guidance or assign roles.
Been to this DQ twice. The food is good and the staff is very helpful and friendly BUT there seems to be a lack of training. Can't really blame the first bad experience on them. The app does not let you know when the food is ready. So it was cold and soggy. So thought I would try it again today and used curbside pick up. The girl comes out and says they out of fry....how is a fast food place out of frys?? But I thought what ever ill just take the burger and coke. She brings it out a little bit later and they didn't get that right. So had to back in to get it fixed. So as much as I love the food and friendly staffnI will be going some place else for my Sunday night meals.
It's ice cream in dozens of different flavor combinations. What more do you need? The food has been good the few times I have had it, as well. Sometimes can be a long wait in the drive thru. I've waited 30-40 minutes. Worth it.
