Walked in with my daughter to look at some shoes. One of the co-worker pushed my daughter. I said something to him and all he did was laughed. Y'all need to upgrade on your help.
I walked in the store, when I asked a fellow worker for help, but he ignore & continue talking to his coworkers. & when I try looking at the clothing he was blocking my path, I said excuse & he ignore me once again. So I was like move over kiddo. & then he kicked me out of the store for calling him a kiddo.
Christmas shopping doing good. need more sales lower prices.
Does anybody that works here actually do anything?? I can stand in this store for 30 mins while a group of 5 employees congregate on the other side of the store playing around twiddling their thumbs. Not eager to help any customers or talk to customers. No wonder sales are lacking. This store is complete trash.
Good options as far as shoes. I do prefer Journeys though.
