I’m not sure who we spoke with but the lady we talked to about sizes was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. She was not in the mood to help and made it known.
Awful customer service, I was in there last Tuesday and the blonde was very rude, she kind of followed me around the store without helping me. I felt like I was being hovered over. And then when I did find a pair of shoes I wanted and wanted the size brought to me I asked her for help and she refused and went and got someone else ? When ordering my shoes no one could tell me how long it would take, or anything. Any questions I had view referred to the number on the website for tracking. Very unfriendly and unhelpful.
Cool place to buy shoes. I recommend Journeys though.
Good place, the dude wit long hair who help me out was dope. He knew his stuff an help me pick out a good pair of Jordan 6s. My go-to place
Great selection, competitive prices, staff was polite and helpful.
