Christina is the best yoga teacher I've ever had! She is professional, always prompt, and so helpful to us all! Please join her Zoom classes now while we're in shut-down to experience her personal touch that so many of us love and is a testament to our continued attendance.

Christina gives an excellent yoga class on Zoom! Her voice is clear and she carefully demonstrates the asanas for the best view. She is well-prepared and varies the class enough that we get some new challenges each time in addition to the core asanas. She is professional in her approach to teaching and genuinely cares about her students. I've been working with her about seven years.
