The service manager who I spoke with upon arrival and departure did a wonderful job of making me feel appreciated and in good hands. He explained what they did, what my options were for next service and left me wanting to make sure he is in charge of every future oil change because he seemed to genuinely care about my car and my family.
Amber was helpful, professional and understanding. Unfortunately, the fix for my car is very expensive. I appreciate her sensitivity. We have yet to decide how we will handle the needed repair.....sensor under passenger seat causing air bag issue.
Bob was very honest and helpful in my car purchase. Since I came from Dallas, he sent me pictures as requested plus picked me up at the airport. Took only about an hour to purchase the car once I got there and the car was clean, filled up with gas, and ready for me to drive it off the lot. Best car buying experience ever.
Was easy and very friendly. Worked with what time I needed.. it was a recall issue and they were great about it all.. they called and said I was getting it repaired there and as soon as they knew they had my part they would call back.. they did and wanted my car in as soon as possible and how long they would need it:. Told them the day I wanted... and dropped it off the night before, and it was done the next day, when it was suppose to be
What a great experience. Brandon and Wes were amazing. They helped walk us through the process of buying a new vehicle. Really gave great advise and were a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a new or gently used vehicle Fletcher Nissan is the place to be. Fletcher Nissan is the best!
