I bought a car here for my daughter's 16th birthday. I had to use my income tax return because I'm a single mother of 3, and I don't normally have thousands of extra dollars just laying around for a used car purchase. The check engine light came on the very next day, and the transmission was shifting hard. I called the lot. They agreed to fix it. Kept the car for weeks. Then sent it back claiming it was fixed. Only it wasn't. Light came back on less than a week later, and soon after the transmission quit shifting completely. When I called this time, she said she'd call me back. But she blocked me instead. My boyfriend was finaly able to get through from his phone, and she was very rude to him. I understand they're not legally responsible to fix it, but it would be the RIGHT thing to do. Unprofessional. Would not recommend.
