Took me longer to drive there than it did for them to do the job. Extremely helpful and fast service for a great price. I will never go anywhere else for such a great experience....
Completely no showed with a call at 8 am not 2 PM as promised and never a return call. The driver who serviced me said she does it to everyone. One star is too good. I hear she inherited the business and doesn't really want to do the job
So we are two couples in two motorhomes driving across Nevada. We stop at Lovelock to make a sandwich and let the dogs out. So one of us jumps out of the motorhome and the door locks, yes keys, wallet
, cell phones everything in the coach. Luckily one of us had a phone so we start calling locksmiths (none listed in Lovelock of course) and come across Julie. She is thirty minutes ahead of us headed to Winnemucca. It will be hours before she can help. But she takes the time to call an associate in Lovelock to get the local guy, Sparky's number. We call Sparky he comes out and gets us in.
I'd give Julie 6 stars if I could. No one goes out their way anymore to help people like she did. Hopefully won't need her again for this type of issue but if you need lock work to call her, she is the best.
Went to street address & could not find the place. I'll just go somewhere else ...anywhere else
