Great, fast and polite. They made my buying experience fun and fast. Not like when you’re at the car dealerships and you find yourself sneaking around cars just to avoid the vultures “salesman”.

We like going to look at 5th wheels, and RV's here. Their new location is really nice. Someone always greets you and asks a couple of questions. Like us we want to just look if we have questions we will look for that person to answer them. We appreciate not feeling pressured.

I stop by Mid America Rv. Just to pass some time. I’m interested in a camper was looking around on the lot. Cody came out and spoke to me. I told him I’ve been looking at 5th wheels That I was interested in a used one. So he pointed me in the right direction of the lot. Told me what he had over there and there price range that they had on them. Told him I was still learning about them. He was honest and said there is a lot to learn. Ask him a few questions he answered right away. Look at what he had they where nice units but they wasn’t what I was looking for. Like the length & floor plan. So I was getting ready to drive off lot seen him standing next to building talking to another Gentlemen. Cody step away for a minute and walk to my Vehicle and answered a few more questions. He didn’t follow me Around the lot and try to pressure me into anything. let me look at my own pace. I will definitely keep Cody in mind when I’m needing anything that has to do with RV.

Update, the owner called about my previous 1 star review and 1st ask me if i wanted them to work on the camper,(i said yes since it was in the shop and the insurance company had already sent the check made out to them) then he stated that by me giving them a1 star they didn't have much to work toward. He said they were short staffed due to covid and lack of sales but when i went to pick up the camper the lot was full of new campers.
