Because Pizza Hut is just the best!!!
Used the app for a carryout order, waited outside until it said it would be ready for pick up in 1 minute. I went in and was informed it was a 9 minute wait, I showed the young lady what the app showed and was told that she didn't know what to do, it was a 9 minute wait. After waiting a few minutes at the back of the store I noticed the monitor that showed your order status, by this time it was down to a 5+ minute wait. If your app or store isn't going to be accurate please fix the issue, it would be appreciated. Also, perhaps the pizza hut employees should wear proper foot wear in a food establishment of any kind rather than houseshoes which I saw one young female employee wearing. I think I'll take my business somewhere that is more together.
Best pizza hut I've been too, ordered a large pepperoni and a side of breadsticks. Very simple order but the pizza looked like a work of art, perfectly put together from the seasoning to the cut. Impressed

They finally improved started using the app and ordering thru it and haven't had a problem since doesn't seem to matter what time I order
