Took a long while to get through the drive thru
Mc Donald's needs help
Food was fresh, pretty decent. The line was incredibly long, wait time was like 15-20 minutes. The young man at the window shut the window and I was trying to ask him a question and just walked away. So three for food, no stars for the service.
Just like the five or six others I tried in Missouri. I ordered an iced coffee. No fancy flavors, just cold brew coffee with cream and two shots of sweetener. I was handed a cup with whipped cream, and flavors. I reiterated exactly what I had asked for again. This time I was given what tasted like a cup of milk with sugar. I think if McDonalds fails to retrain their staff on the importance of outside only service, they too will see deep cuts in revenue when inside dining is reinstated. Hopefully they will wake up. This is not one store. This is company wide.
Where i love to eat McDonalds. I would not particularly recommend this one. Not even to take your dog to. I mean I don't know about you but my dog was like my fur baby like my kid. If you could give negative stars at this place I would. They never get your order right. They try to play off old food as new food. They don't wear hair nets for therefore woman's hair is getting in your food. And they are the most disrespectful bunch of people I've ever met. So that's how my experience at McDonald's this particular one has been. Thanks for reading.
