A new low. I was just informed that my customers will be charged $5 every time they cash our checks EVEN THOUGH I have an account with them. Nickel and dime!
I want to say just how grateful and appreciative I am of this building and the staff inside. They were the only ones who welcomed me out of the cold. Gave me a snack and told me I could sit for a few so I could find a ride home. And that's honestly the kindest people have been to me in quite a while.nMost people forget that decency and patience and understanding should be automatically given and I will forever be thankful for their kindnesses today.
This is the slowest bank ever. I have been here numerous times and a good majority of them have been me sitting in my vehicle upwards of an hour just for a simple deposit. If you want to be done in less than 10 minutes I would suggest using the ATM

Cant stand this arvest , I would choose any other Arvest to go to before this one. Everytime i go it's about a 20 to 30 minute wait. I have even had bank tellers roll their eyes at me . I will always go to the one on rangeline, they know how to do their jobs quickly without attitudes.
