Schifferdecker Family Aquatic Center

The best pool in town. It could use a hot tub though.

I enjoy going to the schifferdeckerpool but on my last visit there was very disappointed because there was and lightning strike alert and we were told that there would be a 30 minute wait after the lightning stop. I ask for arefund or a pass for another day as the 30 minutes would not start until after the time the pool with close. I was told that we could not have those unless we waited out the full-time by staying there until closing time. But just didn't make much sense to me.

Great family fun. Life guards are excellent. Its clean and well maintained.

No floaties. Limited food. No lounges. We still had fun, but I didn’t know all the details before we arrived.
