I have been struggling to find a CVS pharmacy in the area that is efficient and friendly in the area. This is the one for me! As soon as I walked up to the counter to drop off my prescription, an employee was there to help me. She said it would take about 15 minutes, but I swear it took less than 5. I'm very impressed! Will not be visiting CVS in South KC again--Lee's Summit is the answer!

The minute clinic at this place is the worst. They have twice cancelled my appointments and then say its too bad. They are uncaring and unhelpful and I would not send my dog there.

I was not feeling well when I went in,but the young lady behind the counter (I believe her name was Shawna) stopped what she was doing, got my items,and helped me with coupons, her service, saved me time and money. As long as Cvs has people like her working there it makes your shopping experience much better.

I went to this cvs today to get some nicotene gum and the lady seemed like she had an additude (like she was better than everyone). She tried to explain the extra care card and how it worked. I told her that I already had one and I showed it to her. She said the card wasn't the same card. I insisted it was the same card. She finally scanned it and guess what? It was the same card! I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. She was white and wore glasses probably in her 50s. What kind of manager assumes that she is always right. Plus she wanted that extra money she gets promoting the extra care card. The point of this situation is managers need to get back to the basis that customers are always right. Managers need to stop thinking they are always right because they are higher up. It was senseless to argue with this lady. I will not be coming here again. Remember the customer is always right!
