Ordered pickup thru the app and the guys lied and said they didn’t get the order I was charged for it even showed them he said it’s not in mynSystem so he don’t think is valid

Was charged $1.50 for a small coffee here, when I pointed out the sign that says it’s $1, the staff pointed out a sign about all sizes for $1 if you are a 7/11 club member, which I am not. Of course I wasn’t trying to get any size, I just wanted a small coffee for the advertised price. Staff was disagreeable and argumentative and told me I couldn’t eat the tots i had just bought in the store, “we aren’t a restaurant.” Really rough experience.
