I once loved this place.nNot anymore.nI have ordered Pizza from them so many times.nThe past year the pizzas haven't been as good.nWrong orders. Poor quality taste. Definitely poor service.nThey change employees a lot.nDefinitely something has changed.nI live 5 min from the South location and normally I will pick up my pizza. I just don't go there anymore. I rather order from a different pizza hut and go out of my way extra miles then order from the South Hwy 7 blue springs.nMatter if fact I went to the North location last week and I wasn't impressed there either.nSo I will just order from overland Park after I leave work and carry it home to Blue Springs.nBut I will never again order from the Blue Springs South Hwy 7 location again!
I worked at pizza hut year's ago, I'm a dang good cook, kitchen manager, deep cleaning prep, owned my own Cafe Rae's Cafe
Went there for a curbside pickup. Waited 40 minutes at the store then finally went in. They said they had no record of my call but my pizza with my name on it was sitting in plain view. They didn't even apologize.
Not sure what changed, but this pizza is better than it ever has been.
I work there! We love our customers !!!
