Popped into the Blue Springs store today and was disappointed. The tomatoes on one side of the sandwich were hard and green, the other side had one edible tomato, the cucumbers were limp and gross, inedible. There was hardly any tuna on the sandwich and it was dry and flavorless. It was a sad day for me, it had been way too long since I had a Jimmy Johns sandwich because the delivery areas are so small, it may be a while before will try it again. If there is a way to upload a pic of the sandwich I will do so. Can I also ask why I had to bag my own sandwich? Seems to me grabbing the bags and the napkins would breech any type of Covid protocols you would need to have in place, but I could be wrong.

This team in this store here on 7Hwy was fantastic, starting from the time I walked into the store, they greeted me with kindness and very professional.nnMy unwich was amazing; but you could here the sounds and feel the vibes beyond the counter and it was amazing!nnThank you so much for a fantastic experience at your store!

I was on lunch break and ordered like about 15 min before my lunch. I waited for almost an hour and it’s still not here! Then I call the store and they just say there backed up on deliveries! I understand backed up but when delivery is supposed to be quick should not take any hour! Now I have to go back to work and no lunch. Thanks
