Angela was wonderful! This has got to be the best my hair has looked in years. Told her I badly needed to have my dead ends cut and I wanted an ombre color. She did exactly what I asked for without taking too much length off. Highly highly recommend!!!
Went in for a simple haircut and was very uncomfortable with how I was treated. Wanted to donate my hair but was strongly discouraged from doing so. After multiple attempts to say how long I wanted my hair cut she went in and cut way too short. Didn't even comb my hair all the way out before cutting. I am very shy and don't like to complain but it was not straight, way too short and when I combed my hair to the front and saw that it was obviously not the same length on both sides I was dismissed. I understand it's not much money for them but at least try to be more understanding and not so confrontational when someone is obviously not happy with how things are going.
