This is a wonderful gym. They have a large amount of equipment for both the competitive bodybuilder as well as for persons that just want to be as healthy as possible. The owners and staff are great. Five stars!
The owners and staff are remarkably good people and truly care about their customers. They try their hardest to get to know everyone’s name and always keep the place in tip top condition, as well as staying up to date on the best lifting equipment.
Just want to add, that Mark is a remarkably talented martial artist and instructor. He is intelligent, patient and has a wonderful sense of humor. He genuinely likes people and teaching. Indeed, his teaching reflects that he loves what he is doing and his students' skills reflect this fact. His programs provide all -- children, men and women -- with an environment where they will be safe, learn discipline, self-defense, self-control and have fun. Lots and lots of fun with a great workout. I give A.K.K.A. the highest recommendation possible. If you want quality martial arts training visit Fazeek Fitness in Blue Springs.
