Had a great time again at East Forty attending an amazing yoga class hosted by Trinity Wellness. Beer flights afterwards were amazing! Jamie is a great instructor and we will definitely be back next time!!

Brett is the BEST! I've been seeing him for years now. This place is amazing! I've made several referrals who've had just as a good experience with other therapists as well. I love the retail side where Neda is always ready to whip you up something custom with essential oils. Small local business is so much of a better experience than the corporate chains where those are just OK. If you're ready to elevate your massage experiences, you won't regret going to Trinity. They really care to know you and your health concerns from a natural and therapeutic state. I don't go anywhere else for my massages! I recommend giving Brett a try, I'm loyal to him, but again I've heard great things about all of them from close friends and family I've sent there. Trinity is the place to be for full service health and wellness! ♥ufe0f

I'm a dental hygienist with many back/neck issues. It took me 2 years to find Brett. He is a miracle worker and knows exactly what muscles need therapy. He also sends me exercises to help keep those muscles feeling good! 100% always satisfied!

My journey to health and wellness began at Trinity Wellness. Neda has created a spa like environment in her space that soothes and comforts. Each instructor has helped guide my journey and made me feel comfortable. The space is perfect for smaller classes which allows the instructor to focus on each of us like a private session. If you are looking for small, intimate classes this is the spot! Everything about Trinity Wellness is about healing, growing and self-care. The massages are amazing too! It's a win-win!

I love this place. Super cute and welcoming. I took Kristin's yoga class and was very impressed. I was a beginner at yoga and she did a great job showing me the correct way to do things. The music and peaceful sounds she has playing during class are so perfect for relaxing and finding the I peace I so desperately need. Definitely will continue to go back to her class in the future.
