The instructors are super knowledgeable and motivating. The other clients are welcoming and very friendly. Its a smaller gym so you don't feel pressured but still feel accomplished and proud when you leave.
All the trainers are great at explaining all excrise
Huge variety of small sized classes- yoga, dance fitness, TRX, hiit, Pound, circuit training, and more!!! Tons of weights, barbells, bands, balls and basically everything you could need ar a gym. Personal training and sauna are offered too!
