Maurice's was wonderful as always!! Love their staff. Everyone is so friendly and sweet. If I don't go there at least once or twice a month I go through withdrawals!!! LOL Love love love that place!!!
My experiences here aren't too bad. The store is always clean and organized. But the last few times I've gone into shop, customer service is nowhere to be found.

I have been a Maurices customer for years...I avoid the Blue Springs, Mo store! They have an associate on staff, Nancy, that is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. When I reported her behavior to the store manager, she didn't appear too concerned....she suggested i shop their when the associate wasn't on duty. Ugh! But, the other Maurices have wonderful staff! Too bad one person is allowed to give that store a negative reputation.
