Amazing customer service. From the time you arrive you feel pampered and special. You open the door to amazing scents and friendly people ready to answer any and all questions you may have. Feel free to walk around trying out scents until you find just the right ones. Mask up of course. Such a wide range of scents and amazing sales right now. It's sure to be a delight that you will take home with you. I will definitely return soon.
Enjoyed my trip ☺ufe0f I didn't realize we had a store in Blue Springs. I needed hand soap/gel and they have a lovely variety. They have foaming and gel both.
They don’t have the best customer service. Girls are very short. But I notice they weren’t with the other two white customers in the store. And the older white lady kept an eye on me. But when I asked her about a fragrance she wasn’t helpful. But she stopped watching me. Not the best experience at all.
Good sale today, friendly staff! Much better experience than I had yesterday, shopping online with Bath & Body.
Always pleasant and helpful employees. Im sure my husband would prefer I didn't enjoy shopping here so much. Lol
