Friendly service. I noticed the vehicle I wanted needed new tires and Paul worked with me on the price! Steven got me some gas while I waited. Easy transaction.nEdit: unfortunately the next day I noticed one of the passenger doors was dysfunctional and would not open properly. I missed this during my initial inspection since it DID open properly from the outside. I'm surprised a malfunction this great eluded the notice of their mechanic and themselves. (I give them the benefit of the doubt on being unaware of this). Take EXTRA care when buying in case they missed something important on your prospective vehicle.nFOLLOW-UP: Dealership has graciously agreed to assist with repairs.

I wanted to wait a couple weeks to post a review based on the poor reviews that I had read. I don't necessarily always believe what I read! We purchased a 2012 GMC Acadia Denali from here a few weeks ago. BEING A USED CAR, we did decide to purchase the warranty that they offer because it was an absolute deal! My husband insisted on driving it for the first couple of weeks to make sure that there was nothing majorly wrong with it. Within the first week that he drove it, he noticed that the breaks were squealing and that the emergency break did not engage. He would have done the breaks himself, but with the issue with the emergency break, he didn't want to get into that. I told him to call up there and give them a chance to make it right. The Friday after the purchase, I called up there. I spoke with Paul, who absolutely made my day with his heckles, and told him what was going on. He asked me to call their shop and let the guy know what the car was doing. Saturday we picked our vehicle up. EVERYTHING was taken care of. The shop that they recommend is amazing. The guy is super nice and even made his guys stay late on a Saturday to make sure that we got our vehicle back that day (they had it since 9am the day before).nnI always like to read reviews when shopping online. For anything! To all the negative comments, I have suggestions. These are used cars. If you want to make sure that you are getting a good deal, then take it somewhere and ask for a used car inspection to be done before making your purchase. Secondly, before you waste anyone's time, including your own, read reviews. Read the bad first and see if they are consistent, then read enough good reviews to create a pros/cons list. I have only purchased used vehicles and this is exactly how I operate when I am getting ready to make a substantial purchase. My last used car was bought from a buy here pay here place and I have had it for nearly 8 years and put 100k miles on it. You still have a responsibility as a consumer to protect yourself against your own purchase. If YOU don't take the necessary steps to educate yourself on the establishment and the vehicle that you are purchasing....well.....sorry. Paul and Steven took care of my husband and me very well and I cannot say anything bad about this company! Thank you so much for all of your help and it will be a pleasure to do business with you folks in the future!!

Steven was very nice and not pushy when we were looking at muiltple cars. Paul was very helpful with the financing. Every vehicle on the lot looks like a good car! All around nice people and good business!
