I would like to start with the staff, so unfriendly. If I wanted cold limp fries I would pull them out of the freezer,oh wait at least frozen the wouldn't be as as the ones as I just got served but as cold. The double quarter was mushy and had so much grease the box it was served in was about to collapse. They didn't deserve the one star I had to give. They are all lucky this is not owned by me because they wouldn't have jobs especially the ones who are supposed to be in charge. It would be a huge mistake to order food from this place. The managers should be the first ones to be fired.

I only eat at McDonald's about once or twice a year. Every time they manage to get the order wrong. I understand they are high school kids but it shouldn't be too hard to get an order right with computers telling them what's on the order or how much change you get.

Awful for taking orders and getting them correct. We have gotten shorted several times at this location. Last time was a 20 piece McNuggets. I called the manager right afterwards and she took my name for when we came back again. When I went back I brought it to the managers attention, he said he could not find our name and he couldn't do anything about it. I then told him I still needed to make an order for what I was missing and I guessed I would have to pay for it. Then he asked me what I was missing. I've been in retail long enough to know that for every dissatisfied customer that there is at least 800 more that the store is unaware of. Do the numbers people. This location in Blue Springs is a joke. I'm grown, it's not like I'm some 16 year old trying to get one over on someone.
