It is an odd setup. Ordered in the store. The girl dropped our drink cup on the floor and still gave it to us to use. We ordered the smallest burgers, which were good, but quite a bit smaller than the bun. Sides of sweet potato tots and red onion rings were excellent. You get a number to put on the table to identify where to deliver the food. After they deliver your food, you are very much on your own. Pricey for what you get. From the reviews, the bar might be the best bet if you something that resembles a restaurant for service.

Food was good, although a little cold. I think the set up is odd. You have to order in the grocery store before coming into a separate room where the seating is. You are given a number card to put on your table. I watched staff circling around and around trying to find the right table to deliver the food (maybe a reason the food was cold). It also took 35 min to get our food with no interaction from staff while we waited. Better ask for anything you need when they drop your food off, because they will never come back to check on you either. I think the experience would have been better with servers taking orders at the table and/or having someone checking on customers throughout their visit. Hopefully they can turn things around, because the location is convenient.

Fantastic! Amazing food! All the front desk ladies are all very nice and make everyone feel welcome! This sounds awful because I don’t remember her name, but this Asian lady works the front desk and she’s always very friendly and very professional! Top class! Keep it up guys! Your customer service will take you far!

Was at Wahlburgers in Lee’s Summit and tried the Jenn’s Chicken Egg Roll, so good! Rachel the bartender recommended Jenn’s so we tried it and it was, as I say, so really good. Comes with honey-garlic mayo which makes it even better. Liked it enough that I’ll buy it again, probably on our next visit. BTW, Rachel is a great bartender, friendly and helpful! So, for sure, a 5 vote!

Unfortunately disappointed. My husband and I were so pumped to try this place. I got the jalapeño burger with chili and my husband got the double decker burger with Mac n cheese. We got the cheese curds as an appetizer.nnThe jalapeño burger was just not good. The crispy jalepenos were not crispy. They were soggy. The cheese curds were cold and soggy. My husband liked his burger and I really liked the chili. Just expecting more I guess for the almost $50 we paid for for a dinner for 2.
