CertaPro Painters of Lee's Summit, MO

My wife and I have used several local painters for years. Key word, *several*! That's because we just couldn't find one that was quality conscience, cleaned up fully afterwards or felt we trusted if we walked away. So we decided to finally call a more respected company, CertaPro, to do paint a small 120 sq. ft. bedroom. While the cost of the bedroom didn't meet their minimum job cost, about $100 short, they really tried to work with us to any other kind of small job to help us make up the difference. Unfortunately, we just didn't have anything else for them to do. But we were desperate to get the job done fast and decided to just pay the job minimum to get it done. It would be an expensive job for us, but worth it to get it done on our schedule. When the painter was done and walls were fully dry, my wife and I walked in .... and WOW!!!! The quality workmanship and care this painter used, the cleanup was spectacular (no smudges on the trim, carpet, etc.)....it was worth EVERY DOLLAR SPENT!!!! OH...MY...GOSH!!! Even the handyman service that we've used for over 20 years was very impressed with the final product! He told us he knows Mark, the owner of CertaPro, and was very glad we finally called him and saved us so much angst and frustration! We are too! We're already thinking about our next projects that CertaPro can help us with!

Certa Pro Painters of Lee's Summit did an outstanding job on our exterior paint and repair. They were professional, here when they said they would arrive, worked hard and finished on time. They answered all of our questions and provided very clear communication. We got several bids and while they weren't the lowest, they were certainly the best, the results were every better than we anticipated. We feel that we absolutely got our moneys worth and more! We would recommend them to anyone considering any type of painting project.

Oscar and his team were absolutely remarkable. Not only did they do an excellent job but they had superior customer service and Oscar was patient with me with my questions. Being a first time home buyer I had many. I could not have asked for better customer service nor better work done on the house. Thank you guys!

Painted the entire exterior of our house in a few days including window trim and repairs where needed. They did an excellent job and were very well priced. Had some issues with the crew putting our shutters back on-they didn’t seem to know how to do it and ended up ruining the shutters. I reached out to Certapro and someone came out immediately to look a them and talk to me about it. Within a week, we had brand new shutters hung perfectly. Would definitely recommend!
