If your store is temporarily closed, I feel store hours and website should reflect that. We placed an order through the website and got a confirmation email but when no order came became very frustrated. Ended up driving to the store only to find out it was closed. I get times are weird but I feel it should’ve been reflected in phone message and website it was closed.
My friends and I love eating at Main Slice. This place is our favorite restaurant in the area and we always make it a point to go when we’re in Lee Summit or in the KC area. The pizzas taste great and they have a variety of regular and non typical toppings. I have had most of the pizzas on the menu and haven’t found one I didn’t like. The prices are reasonable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We always get great service. Highly recommended.
The pizzas are always great. We were going to order subs this time but the website said they were out of salami and that meat comes on three of their four subs. We ordered pizza again but would like to try the subs as soon as they replenish their ingredient supplies.
Excellent customer care! After I placed an order online, and went to pick it up, I sadly realized main slice was closed. Worse, no one answered the business phone. I was about to call the online POS system to ask for a refund when the owner called me and explained they were closed temporarily because of a covid case. He patiently explained the system had a fluke and should not have received my order, and that I would not be charged He gave me his email in case it was and informed me they hoped to reopen within a couple days.nnMain Slice went above and beyond to contact me and restore my loyalty. This is a company with character I want to support. And they make it easy with their BBQ pizza!
I ordered on line and gave them a time I wanted it ready. It was ready on time and warm. The food was great. I am excited to come back another time
