The customer is never right here. One time a guy in front of me accidentally put his finger through the cheap Styrofoam cup he had just paid for. They wouldn't let him replace it without paying full price for a new drink.nWhen I complained about the pumps never giving receipts, the cashier said the printers kept breaking and there was nothing they could do.nThese are just some examples of their horrible customer service.nTheir chicken is really good when it is fresh, though.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! I felt like my Total was higher than it should be so I double checked as I was walking out and sure enough, three items rang up about .50 cents higher than THE LISTED PRICE ON THE SHELF.nnSo, I waited in line behind 4 people to get my money back. I explained that the items didn’t ring up correctly, and he said that he can’t adjust the price and it scans what I scans.. He asked me to wait in line AGAIN because there were three people behind me. So, I waited and told him to keep his stuff, I wanted all of my money back - which I got - but who does business like that?!

Terrible service, price gouging on fuel, never can get a receipt at the pump.
