I absolutely adore bath & body works! They've the Best scents! Always my #1 go to for fragrances. I love the NEW & updated expansions they've available now; from the car scents to the home fragrance.

We got right in. Staff met us outside and sprayed our hands with sanitizer. We picked our own bags and were able to shop with no problem. They have added extra registers so no wait there. Not sure what the capacity is but as we were leaving there was a line outside.

During the big sale time period of the year it seems like they are taking a responsible approach with outside waiting lines and only so many folks in the store .

It's Bath & Body. If it wasn't for COVID-19 I'd have no problem with the crowdedness of the store. They're doing the best they can - spraying incoming customers' hands with hand sanitizer, limiting customer handling of sprays (they spray fragrance cards for you), they have properly spaced spots for standing in line, etc. But, with all the displays you can't hardly move without being 1 or 2 feet from other customers. I appreciate the efforts to keep customers safe. They're doing the best they can - other than limiting the number of people who enter the store at any one time, I don't know how they could make it any safer. COVID-19 is just a fun-sucker. :)
