Always a great selection and good prices.
I love JCP, they have such a wide variety of things.
This JCPenney has the friendliest and most helpful employees and a great selection of clothing and home accessories
Stock was super low throughout the store. Things very unorganized. Chiefs gear all squished in from toddler, men, women, & kids. Very hard to tell where to find things. Departments not marked for sizing. Cannot find anyone to help. Other problem I was overcharged by 38.00 on 1 item. I had to return to store next day plus I was still not given the correct 30% off they only gave me 15%. Still was not corrected on day 2.
It is a place where you can find good items. On some occasions they have good sales. The store is not bad but customer service is not good. Or at least personally I have had very bad experiences with the workers there.
