I don’t know why this store has low ratings. I called in with an ARSENAL of questions today and I spoke to Mikaela (sorry if that’s the wrong spelling) for 15 mins. This lady KNEW WHAT SHE WAS SAYING. Turns out she was a manager. She answered with such knowledgeability and was so patient and generous with information. Bravo!
Horrible service 9/10/20 6:50
This was my first time in this Sephora and the ladies were so nice and helpful! One of them helped me do my skin IQ so I can match my skin color to the right foundation, and lip colors. She then proceeded to help me find the correct foundation and even put it on my face for me! She gave me a bunch of good recommendations for products as well! They were so nice! I loved shopping and will be back soon!
Today i went in and was completely ignored . A couple young ladies looked new and was training which i understand . However , the other associate offered no assistance. I needed a new foundation but seeing that i was ignored i left empty handy.
