Rude employees, also wouldn't let me 3 year old son use restroom because of covid...nGuess I'll just guess on sizes and order online.
You’ll stand in line longer than you will to shop. As well as advertising prices are all messed up . They will have long sleeve shirts and short sleeve shorts on the same rack that will say 3.99 and not specify that it’s only one specific type of shirt . They will have 50% on whole store but if you get a just arrived item it doesn’t count. Also, I stood in line for 35 minutes for 3 items . I get that it was tax free weekend and it was busy and some people had quite a bit of clothes but 35 minutes was ridiculous.
After two awful experiences of trying to buy a coat online and then not getting a notice when my orders were canceled, Cindy in the store found an option for me and matched the online price, held the coat for me. When it didn’t fit my son she exchanged it no problem for one that fit and was originally what we were looking for all while being alone up front and helping about 20 people in the store with a smile on her face. Great service Cindy.
Worst customer service. Store was a disaster and disgusting. Girl chomping her gum. Sorry I don’t want to go into a Childrens clothing store and have midriff and tattooed covered girls assisting me in buying my children’s clothes. Also the return policy is a joke. Will never shop at this store again.
Typically NOT super crowded like many other stores. Staff is very willing to help locate other sizes or colors if they're not out on the floor. HUGE selection of girl's clothes, a bit lacking on the boy's side, but they'll order and have it shipped to you. Lots of variety in sizes.
