I liked the responsiveness of George, our salesperson. The dealer is just small enough to be that way, but large enough to be full service. He made sure the car was clean and detailed before we picked it up. The price advertised online was the actual price we paid and it was extremely competitive. There were no extra requirements (like min trade in value).
I've had the pleasure of working with Gene Hill in the purchase of my vehicle. I actually enjoyed the experience because Gene was never pushy, everything was done on my timing..... which life has been hectic lately. I appreciated his patience.
This dealership listens to their customers and works hard to find a solution that will work for the customer. I purchased my vehicle here because my salesperson George was very informative and professional. He answered all my questions no matter how small and made me feel valued.
Sales consultant was nice but lacked communication after I looked at the car in person. No one could give me a straight answer to a simple yes or no question about if a deposit was refundable or not, and would only describe what a deposit was when I already knew that, they completely dodged the question in person and through email and I still don’t know if it is or not. However that doesn't matter now because I will be taking my business else where since they sold the car half way through the day without telling me till over 24 hours later while ignoring my emails. Their vibe was shady from the moment we finished our test drive and started asking questions about the car. Again my sales person was nice but the sales manager and overall experience seemed shady and like they didn’t want our business from the get go. Not to mention letting us test drive a dirty car with a disgusting amount of nail clippings in the center console during covid when they knew what time I was going to be at the dealership but chose to not have the car ready anyways.
Chuck and George were fantastic! They made a great sales team. They were both attentive, listened to what I wanted, and never pushed me to buy! So happy with my experience and my new car!
