Everyone was very polite, efficient. I loved receiving the video of the inspection. That was really cool and unexpected! The only thing was that it took 30 minutes from the time I received the video till someone came to talk to me about everything. But all in all a really great experience and wonderful people!
Volkswagen Lee's Summit delivered the quickest and easiest car purchasing experience this young man has ever experienced. My salesperson, Nate, expertly helped me navigate through the plethora of quality cars in inventory. During the negotiation process he made me feel like family and really worked hard for me to get the best price and payment possible. Management and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful through every step of what is normally a stressful process. My only complaint is that i could only buy one vehicle from them. I highly recommend Lee's Summit Volkswagen and Nate. Tell your friends, tell your family, shout it from the mountain tops!

Good cars but pricey..
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with sales rep James Harris to complete a lease buyout for my Passat. James offered exceptional customer service and I highly recommend booking an appointment with him for anything sales related. He was patient dealing with me and made me feel at home. Overall, the facility is welcoming, clean and comfortable. If you're looking for a Volkswagen in the greater Kansas City area then give Lee's Summit a visit!
