Lee’s Summit Subaru provided me with the most exceptional car buying experience I have ever had. All the staff were super friendly and attentive, especially Jason and Michael. I felt taken care of and at ease throughout my entire visit. All around wonderful to do business with. I am SO happy with my new Crosstrek and have no doubts if I ever needed anything related to my purchase I would receive top-notch assistance. They went above and beyond for me and I will definitely recommend giving them a visit and they will do the same for you!

What a great experience! Liz Myers made finding the perfect used car for our 16 year old daughter easy and enjoyable. Not only was she kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable, but she went above and beyond with caring about all the details. I highly recommend Subaru Lee’s Summit! Make sure you ask for Liz!

My wife and I had a great experience buying a car form Andrew Gibson 2 weeks ago. We had gone in to look at a used third row SUV they had on the lot. After looking inside, we realized it wasn't for us. We asked about a used Ascent, which they didn't have on on the lot, but we looked at a new one anyway. Andrew did an amazing job telling us about the car, explaining it's features and not overselling it. He just pointed out things we missed or facts about the car while we looked and drove it. When we wanted to go look at other cars on our list, Andrew didn't try and keep us there. He understood this is a big decision, but he was also not at all surprised when we came back later that day ready to buy it. He was great throughout the whole process, helping and explaining everything to us.nnThe financing department wasn't pushy with the upsells. They explained everything and asked if we wanted to buy any of them.nnOverall, it was such a great car buying experience. I can't recommend Andrew and the entire staff at Lee's Summit Subaru enough. Great experience from start to finish.

I had an amazing experience getting help from Andrew Gibson and making things work and to setup a flawless appointment to pickup a Camry! Nothing more better than being comfortable with a guy who is 100% professional and being able to talk to you like your a friend. Johnny, at finance, was also a huge help as he was able to get my unexpected lower rates compared to the Credit Union I was comfortable going with, it was mind blowing! Walked in to just test drive some outbacks and ended up leaving with one. Steven made the process so seamless and we got a great trade in value on our old car. One of the best experiences purchasing a car. We will definitely be coming back in a couple years for our next car purchase.
