I have been so impressed with Lee’s Summit Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. The sales and service departments have been wonderful to work with for many years. One of the newer services they offer is the express oil change. I have been utilizing this service for a couple of years now and every time I stop in they make it so easy to take care of my car. The waiting area is comfortable. I can easily work from my iPad and they kindly find me as soon as the Jeep is ready. It is awesome! Thank you for all you do to be a great local business!

Customer service is great. I dealt with a guy named Jesse and he was amazing answered all the questions I need, was not too pushy on adding extra things like most dealerships do.

Edit: Michael Jones from the dealership reached out to me. I firmly believe the customer service is shown best on how you resolve an issue. After talking with him and getting more information my situation has been thoroughly resolved. Thank you Mr. Jones for the great customer service.nThis is the second spark plug coil that had gone out on my Chrysler Town and Country with less than 100k miles. Took it in and asked for a tuneup and replace the defective coil. I was told that even thought I knew the issue, they would still charge me a diagnostic fee of $225 to diagnose a problem already known that should be covered by a tune up. That $225 diagnostic would be in addition to the tune up. Wasn't expecting to not pay for the part, but when you are told that if you purchase a tune up, as part of the tune up they would change the spark plugs but just put the same coils back on, even knowing there is a defective one. This is why people don't trust dealer repair shops. They pad the prices, in effect doubling the money they get but losing a customer.

Jack, our car salesman was very courteous and easy to work with.nnThe new 2020 vehicle didn’t have an owners manual in it and the windows sticker was removed before we drove away (we always like to keep those). They did send an owners manual to us promptly.nThe finance department was not a pleasant experience.

We have always used Lees Summit Dodge for all our needs. Missy and Jonathon always take care of us in service, they both are top notch! Chris with the Sales Management team and David Caldwell made buying our 2020 Challenger a very easy process. Brent our salesman was very easy to work with and if we had a question he found out the answer for us. Thank you all for always doing a great job!!
