I had a great car buying experience at this location. The salesman, Devin, was very knowledgeable and sincere in all aspects of this transaction. There was no pressure and he treated me like we had been friends for years. Also, the finance manager was awesome. Amanda took time to explain every question I had and really impressed me with her knowledge of finance. These 2 employees left me with a feeling of satisfaction and I would highly recommend doing business at Prestige Nissan of Lee’s Summit. Seriously.

Frank in the service Department is always a Pleasure to deal with. I was only on for an Oil change but the techs found some legitimate work that needed to be done. I opted to get it done and spent the extra Grand to do it. I am a stickler for preventative maintenance on my vehicle. Frank approached me in a professional and knowledgeable manner and gave me the choice backed by the information needed to make that choice. Trust is the most important aspect of our relationship and I know I can trust Frank!

I worked with Devin B. today when I purchased a used vehicle at Prestige. He was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. I felt like he was very genuine in his approach and made me feel like I was being helped by a friend, not a salesman. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to chat with Devin at Prestige - great service and I would absolutely welcome another opportunity in the future to buy from him.

I cannot thank the service department at the Lees Summit Prestige Nissan enough for all their quality work and customer care. I have always experienced warm and welcoming customer service, above and beyond customer accommodations, and honest assessments of my vehicles needs. My last visit truly made me a life long customer and I have extended that recommendation to my Nissan owning family and friends. They were willing to help me right the wrong doings of another facility with grace and professionalism. You can tell their department has great leadership and that the employees are passionate about doing their job well. Service industry personnel are often underrated in how much of an impact they can have on the lives of those whom they help and so the staff at this Nissan location deserve to know how much their efforts really make a difference to their customers. Thank you all! I look forward to enjoying my Altima for hundreds of thousands more miles.
