It's Starbucks, what's to say?
I understand you're a busy location, but that should mean staffing your store to accommodate the specials that you're having. Waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order and you never came out. Finally I went in to the store to find my cold, supposed to be hot coffee sitting on the counter where it had had probably been sitting for 15 to 20 minutes. Don't offer curbside delivery if you're not going to curbside deliver. Also how do so many of your locations run out of peppermint prior to the first day of December??
Ordered using mobile app. Drink was ready - and correct- when I arrived. The staff here is excellent!
My wife was looking for the full Starbucks experience, the chipper attitude, name on the cup, Etc. We were sorely disappointed. The two young ladies helping us couldn't have seemed less interested in being pleasent or providing that experience. When we ask about a warmer for the cups, I think one literally rolled her eyes. The coffee was delicious, but we probably won't be back. I refuse to pay for bad customer service.
Very slow. They were busy but it took 40 minutes to get a slice of banana bread that I ordered from my mobile app.
