My go to place when I visit Lees Summit
We love this location in three years their service has been outstanding. We had an issue with a manager being rude on one occasion. The corporate office vowed to correct the behavior and garner additional training. Brilliant response and wait times are minimal as this location is very efficient.
The employee Brendan helped us and made sure we were happy with our visit. 10/10 recommend
Check your order!nnThis locations customer service has tanked in the last year or two. At least 1/2 the time they get the order wrong. Like hand us an order from someone else, not even close to what was requested.nnThis is a small problem in the grand scheme of life, but it is irritating. They better step up their game since a Culver’s is opening across the street soon.
Franchisee needs to get a hold of his employees. They close early and don’t care about anything. Plenty of good people working here, but it never fails that you can go to the 291 McDonald’s at 1200 and this one pretends it’s closed
