Paradise Park

This place has 0 concern or consideration for people. Everything I looked at said they were open I even called and got a message sorry we are assisting another customer leave a message and we will return your call. I drove 40 minutes to this place just for them to have a posting that due to covid they are closed till further notice. I have noticed since the posting from Lindsey their voice-mail has changed to saying they were closed but I called them around 1pm and it did not state they were closed. They state on the front page it is clearly posted they are closed but in reality it's in small lettering in the top left hand corner which it took me browsing around looking for the word closed to see it.

Totally cool place. My favorite room is the ballroom. You can shoot foam balls at random people and it's totally acceptable! It's like a modern-day Cool Crest but a little bit more fresh. The staff is really helpful.

I took my 2 yr old today to Discovery Play so this review is only related to it. I wanted to love it and if so I was going to purchase a pass bc there are few options for good indoor play for young ones. But, there will be no pass purchase due to the negatives. There are positives... the staff was friendly, it was clean, and the small tunnel play area was fun. Unfortunately the reason why we won’t be returning is it’s incredibly run down and every area needs to be updated and items replaced. You can tell things, including the carpet are very old. If my child is suppose to sort colors, the colors need to not be scratched off, the pretend play houses materials are also very worn. The list goes on, but it’s just not for us...for the price. I paid $18 for my child and myself and we were there 45 minutes.

They are closed due to covid and nothing says that no website or when you try and call so we drove here to just find out they are closed

Very friendly place with a good staff. Made a nice trip and had fun.
