I actually order from this particular location because the one near me is terrible. Well this alone is starting to follow suit. I get home and my wings are cold and have almost no sauce on them and the pizza is lukewarm. They also didn't apply the coupon code for the pizza I ordered so I was overcharged. Then to top it off when I called customer service to report these issues they put me on hold forever to confer with supervisors to come to a solution? I'm literally still on hold as I write this. Update....their solution was to give me a $10 credit on a $33 dollar order. I guess I will not be visiting pizza hut again any time soon.

This place is horrible I waited in the drive thru and my wings were cold tell me how that happens and they don't have the parmesan cheese packets but I can buy some do anyone remember they use to be free for condiments and the prices are more for less pizza so I'm going to just start making my own from now own until they start giving you your money's worth I won't buy from here again

Would give less if possible. Spent over 50 bucks and my food never showed. And they list as delivered so all they will do is give me 10 bucks back for customer satisfaction. Place is a joke

I ordered a pizza on 12/16/19 and it was over 30 minutes past the time it was supposed to arrive. It arrived cold. I called the store and asked for $10 off to make up for a late and cold pizza. The man who claimed to be the store manager was extremely disrespectful, laughed at me, and told me there was no way he'd issue a refund or credit for something like that. I asked to speak with his manager and he transferred me to the corporate office who agreed that $10 was fair to compensate for the late and cold pizza. They never issued the refund, so I followed up 5 business days later. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, they told me to call back after the holidays. I called back again today (12/26) and asked for a full refund since it has cost so much time to try to settle this. They told me they would not issue a refund if I could not produce the full pizza (that I had bought 10 days ago... completely ridiculous). I have had to pursue disputing the charge with my bank since they have been unwilling to work with me. I've been a faithful customer to Pizza Hut for over 25 years but wont' be able to continue to use this specific location (Grandview) because of the horrible experience and time drain it has been to hold them accountable to their promise to be on time and provide quality customer service.

This location has a great team but the manager could use some customer service skills. He is not customer friendly nor does he appreciate his staff. Great food, hot food but the attitudes and atmosphere need work.
