I placed an order 2 days ago. The pizza arrived 2 hours later and it was cold. Very cold. What is the purpose of the heat bags if it can't arrive at least a little warm. Was my order just sitting there for some time waiting to be delivered? Or was it taking a ride for a while? People are expected to tip on top of the purchase price and delivery fee, but the quality of your food is not up to par. SMHnnUpdate. On the 18th the above incident occurred. On the 21st I received a call from Bethany, one of the managers, and she apologized and made things right. Made me an offer to return again. Love the work ethics in rectifying the situation. Will try them one more time.

Won't lie, probably my best experience yet with this Pizza Hut! I spoke with Noah. My order was perfect. I asked for a 10 slice large pizza because I dont like 8 (it's a short story I dont need to tell why). So I asked if they cant cut to 10 just leave uncut and I will do it. The toppings I ordered were specific 1/2 this way etc and the other such and such. Light sauce slightly well done. Again, best experience yet. It's a 5 from me! Remember to be friendly and tip your drivers please!

Made my order, waited 2 hours for it to be delivered. When I called and asked they were vague in the details, when i asked for my order to be canceled I didnt even get a apology. I emailed corporate and informed them of the issue. I was contacted by the manager a week later saying I got a credit to my number, called to put a order in on the weekend and MY NUMBER DIDNT HAVE ANY CREDIT TO IT. Insane. Terrible location, terrible management.

Great take out options and efficient service. Pizza Hut is still the standard when I think of pizza and always try to find one when in the mood. And they still offer anchovies. ud83dude01 What can be better than that.

If I could rate it no stars I would. Ordered at 10:30 . Said it was out for delivery at 11. Called at 11:30 because it still wasn't here !!!!! The manager said there's 3 orders in the area , it should be there soon . It's now midnight , I don't have my food , nobody is answering, and I paid with card . They have you put your number for a reason!!!!!!!
