Went in for oil change today..was told they couldn't get oil filter off so they can't change oil..went home asked my 12 year old daughter to try and take it off..she did it with ease!!! Thanks for nothing Wal-Mart .
Took 2 hours to change oil, don’t take your truck here if your looking for a quick oil change. Smh
Took an hour and a half to change my oil. They kept saying “10 more minutes.”
The place is understaffed with barely qualified personnel. I had to explain myself to a kindergartner behind the counter.
Always get things wrong. Lost my tires and or sold them to someone had to reorder, couldn't remove old tires, tried to make me go somewhere else to get tires taken off so they could mount the new ones. Just overall not very good experiences.
