Awesome all around! I had an issue with a tire a few days ago, aired them all up and all was well. My son and I went truckin around that part of town and my car notifies me that my tire is down to 27 psi again. I decided to stop in to see if they could help out with air or to patch it up. They got me in immediately and realized it wasn’t repairable and we’re going to order me my exact tire to come in the next day. I needed it fixed now so I went with what they had on hand. Everyone was very friendly from the second I walked in. The first guy on the floor talked to me the second I walked in and showed me where to go for services, then Nikki helped me in service and got me right in with Chase a mechanic. The lady that cashed me out at the end was awesome as well. Hands down everyone I talked while waiting and just casually talking with were great. I enjoyed them so much I’d go get a job there!!!!nThanks for helping my son and I out with is just randomly walking in.

Josh was such a laid-back and friendly guy, the exact opposite of what car salesman usually are. Honest, not pushy and easy to get along with. Best car buying experience we’ve ever had and we love our new explorer! I drove all the way from Lawrence and I’ll do the same thing again for my next car! Thanks Matt Ford!

Where do I start? I cannot say enough good things about the service I received at Matt Ford. A little background info. I was traveling to and from Denver and, while in Denver, my transmission threw a P0606 code, which is a bad transmission communication module. I was told I could drive back to Kansas City, but to get it checked immediately. We drove home with no problems.nnOn the following Monday, the first day I could contact the dealer where I bought the car, my transmission locked up twice on me. When I called Blue Springs Ford, they acted like they could care less. I was told they couldn't get me in for three days, there were no loner cars available, it would take 4-6 hours, maybe longer, to fix it. If they didn't have the parts in stock, they would have to keep the car until the parts came in. And oh yeah, I could not sit and wait because of Covid. Well, I live in Odessa so did they think I was going to walk home and back? They made no effort whatsoever to help me out if they had to keep my car.nnThe second time my transmission locked up, I wasn't too far from Matt Ford, so I took a chance and stopped in. I obviously could not keep driving my car.nnAlso, I'm in the middle of chemotherapy and had just that same morning received a chemo dose and was hooked up to a 3-day chemo pump. To say I was sick was an understatement!nnI explained to Nikki, the person at the service counter, what was going on with my car. I then explained about the chemotherapy. She jumped into action. Got my VIN and mileage, talked to the service manager, and told me they would look at it ASAP.nnWithin 30 minutes she came back to the waiting area to tell me it was the transmission communication module, they could fix it, and it was under warranty! I asked her how long it would take because by this time, I could have laid down on the floor and passed out, I was so nauseated and tired. She said an hour. She was so kind and compassionate. She offered me some water and crackers. Prior to this, before they checked the car, she told me if they had to keep the car, they didn't have any loners either, but if I needed one, she would work with used car sales to see about getting me a car. Thankfully, they didn't need to keep my car. True to their time estimate, my car was ready to go in an hour. Total time at the dealership was maybe 2-2.5 hours.nnI will no longer be taking my car to Blue Springs Ford. They could have cared less. Matt Ford of Kansas City went above and beyond in helping me and in fixing my car. They will be getting all my business from now on, which isn't much because I have a dependable car. Nonetheless, if I do need anything, I'll be going to Matt Ford.nnThank you, thank you, thank you! I cannot sufficiently express my gratitude for all your help.

We needed rear differential fluid change. Dave was an amazing service technician. The staff was great. The service counter was great and the lady was terrific. We are from Colorado and needed service that day. They squeezed us in even though they were super busy. Thank you guys so much for everything.
