Mark and his mechanics did a great job and got us back on the road as soon as possible. Thank you guys for the great work you done and the proficiency of your work... I recommend this shop for any kind of semi professional work to be done....

I’m highly recommending Mark and his mechanics. I called explained my truck issue, told Mark I would have the truck at his shop within the hour. I showed up about 10 minutes early and started to park the truck when I saw the mechanic opening the overhead door and waving me into the shop. 1 hour later I was back on the road! Wow!!! Allstate Peterbilt stands far above any of the other shops in the area. I think all Service shops could learn a lot from Allstate Peterbilt of Dickinson! Thank you to Mark and your crew!!

Trying to make it home for Thanksgiving.... Traveling along I94 last night and had my air system fail to build/maintain air on my 2016 Freightliner Cascadia. Called Mark at Allstate Peterbilt in Dickinson, ND. Mark had his mobile tech come to me and check things out, the mobile tech fixed it well enough I could drive to their shop to be properly repaired. At the shop they went above and beyond to make my wife and I comfortable(along with my Malimute service dog) and to get our rig rolling again. Outstanding service, rates were great.... All told I think they had us in and out in less than three hours. Thank you for the great experience. I'll recommend Allstate Peterbilt to anyone in the future.

I stopped in to get a new shift knob and went to leave and my truck wouldn't start. They had a tech come out, figure out my problems and no charge. Great job ud83dudc4d

Even though they forgot to add my drive shaft bolts great customer service I've come around thanks! Check your order before you leave don't be me.
