After making a call to verify they Pump Systems has 4” Heavy Wall Sand Hose in stock, we sent someone 200 miles round trip to pick up 20 feet of it to Bring back to a location. Upon delivering it, they had sent 4” PETROLEUM HOSE but we were forced to use it for 2 loads of sand as we had no other choice. The first chance we could bring it back to exchange it since it was the salesman’s fault for making the mistake and sending the wrong type of hose, they refused to credit it back or return it and utilized the poorest customer service / relations possible. Speaking with the front part personnel and manager both.nnI recommend using J&J Operating or any other business possible for your needs. If you are forced to use them, you better be 300% sure that they provided you the correct part before you pay for it.nnIt’s unfortunate that this company obviously trains their personnel to push consequences of mistakes made by their employees onto their customers.
