Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Almost every visit to this location there has been terrible customer service at the speaker and window. By terrible customer service I mean whomever was speaking did not sound like they were in a good mood I get some days fast food can be rough but, it’s a job and if you don’t want to do your job to the fullest of your own ability then stay home. I have calmly spoke with several different team members each visit while giving my order but, I was always rushed or put on hold for no one to come back too take my order. Then pulling up to the window gets worst team members have cursed, rolled eyes, snatched food back, etc. I don’t know what it will take for this location to understand whether you work fast food or not you still have to work with manners even if someone is being rude to them it’s a job that they get paid to do. Also, the cleanliness of this location is terrible I have had to take back several different foods that were mixed with other foods, over cooked or under cooked. Each time there was a problem doing that as well like as if my food being mixed in with other foods was my fault. I think the managers should definitely buckle down if they want the owner to keep his or hers business running and money flowing. If I could rate this location at zero stars I would but in order for me to leave this review I had to select one which is sad because no one should get to the point of leaving a bad review and I have my receipts as well

Food was hot but it was over cooked or old and I arrived at noon. The customer service was great.

The chicken tenders are great. The Cajun fries are the best. They seem to have difficulty dealing with coupons, even when they were told that I had it and the amount. They ran out of cold slaw. The green beans were in some sort of sauce. I did not care for it and think they would have been better without the sauce. The beans and rice, that I used to love were spicy and not good as they used to be. The sides were cool. I was disappointed and not sure I'll be back. Sorry.

Great service and when she got to the long line you got your food quick and fast great place to go always have loved Popeyes

This is one of the worst fast food restaurants I have EVER been too. I love the food at Popeyes but the staff members were so rude. I go up to the intercom and order my food and the lady kept saying “YUP” like she didn’t even care. Then I go up to the window to pay and handed my cash too her and she dropped my change out of the window and didn’t even apologize and rolled her eyes and smirked. The manager that works here needs to overlook at the employees and make sure they are doing their job. So disappointed, will never return
