I ordered a box of chicken, and I was almost finished eating one and there was a chicken brain in it, that should not be there

The chicken was very good. We got an original recipe 8 piece meal and the pieces were nice and big compared to a lot of fast food chicken and we got full breast pieces. The biscuits were really fresh and still warm. Mashed potatoes and slaw were just ok. It was 6:30 on a Friday night and they were very busy and there was a bit of a wait at the drive through. But I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and size of the chicken. Five stars doesn't mean it's a match for a good sitdown restaurant but it was much better than the usual fast food chicken.

Chicken is good when they have it. Two problems I have with the KFC in Raytown. First, they seem to run out of chicken alot. Tried ordering chicken at 7:15 at night only to be told no chicken left. Not the first time this has happened. Second, very slow service.

I got a bucket of chicken last night, it was falling off the bone! Cooked to perfection! Whoever was cooking knows what they're doing.
