Heiser Motors has always provided excellent customer service whenever myself and family have been looking for a vehicle. Over the years we have purchased 3 dependable vehicles with no problems. The employees at Heiser’s are extremely helpful throughout the whole buying process making it enjoyable and simple. Great small town atmosphere, great quality, and great customer service! I would definitely recommend Heiser Motors and look forward to future business with them.
Sold the owner some tickets for ND country fest and he never paid for them. He refused to go through paypal and said he'd send a personal check. We exchanged contact multiple times and always got the same story of I forgot to send it. If this is how he handles a small transaction, I would never want to deal with him on a sale of a vehicle. Garbage dealership, save your money and time and buy from somewhere else. Owner is a criminal.
One star isn’t even deserved... Bought a GMC Terrain in August, signed with no warrant but had been told the 90 day warrant still applied, the next day I noticed The fan wasn’t working, called the following week so 4 days after I bought It and was told that that’s not under warranty get it fixed myself. I have had it looked at by 2 mechanics they have changed the part 3 times and it continues to go out. I have no heat in my car in freezing temperatures. When I called And talked to Cody he told me I was being unreasonable for wanted something else off the lot and not wanting to pay out for the pos they sold me. Larry same story, he told me I obviously Need a new mechanic if they haven’t been able to fix it yet. They have not helped one bit and I am left with a vehicle that doesn’t have heat at all in the middle of winter.
I went in on 2 separate occasions. The first time some guy named Cody tried to help me but he was so hungover that he screwed up my application, he put my info wrong which resulted in me not getting approved. Second time I went in was no better, I tried buying a vehicle cash but they wouldn’t budge on the price. How the hell are theses guys even in business still, they don’t care about the customers. Do yourself a favor and go shop somewhere else for a vehicle.
